Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 within the Continental United States.
 
Pre-Orders
Items available for pre-order will be shipped when in stock and customer notified. 
For orders that contain in-stock as well as pre-order items that are expected in stock within 10 days, the full order will be shipped once all items are in-stock.  
 
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.
We offer free shipping on orders over $95 within the Continental United States. All delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Flat Rate only applies to Continental US.
 
Please note: Customer orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center business days Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm. Orders placed outside these times will be shipped the next business day.
Tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

• Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (UK, Canada & Australia)
International shipping costs vary by the destination country and the weight of your order. All shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. 

Please note, the shipping costs DO NOT INCLUDE ANY import DUTIES and you may need to pay additional customs charges on arrival of your package. These are the responsibility of the customer. For Canada and Australia we highly recommend selecting USPS which will then be sorted by your National Post carrier.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of any returned items. Any duties & taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
 
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Rarely are we able to change or cancel an order after it is placed. You can, however, return the item to us as long as it meets our return policy. Thanks for your understanding.
