Refund policy

  • We reserve the right to change policies at any time with or without notice.
  • We are happy to assist with returns. We ask that returns be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, contact sales@classicfella.com

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of any return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on returns. If requested we can send a label from which the cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • All undergarments must be unworn due to the nature of the garments.

  • Items must be in resalable condition and there must be evidence the package was opened as well as the products which is easily evident with our packaging, this minimizes fraud attempts.

  • Suspicious Orders: Unfortunately due to frequent fraudulent activity we reserve the right to notify customers of these concerns and proceed as follows. Examples include but not are limited to: (a) attempting to use another person's credit card or IP address not matching credit cards (b) proclaiming items were not received when carrier tracking shows delivered status, requesting a reshipment, then returning that shipment for refund, wherein the original shipment was actually received (c) attempting to place multiple order to suspicious or non existing addresses. In these and other scenarios deemed likely fraudulent as flagged by Shopify, customers will not be refunded and/or order will be canceled. Future orders will not be fulfilled and customer will be blocked from store. Customer has right to request chargeback if using credit for payment with the understanding of appeals processes which include store's evidence of fraudulent activity provided wherein cases are strongly supported by for the seller/store and often sided in this manner. If chargeback is not approved based on evidence provided, customer may request unopened items to be returned at which time the transaction will be finalized and no further return or refund will be considered. If customer has indeed retained the original package sent they may return this for refund consideration under our normal terms - resalable, etc. Additionally, Shopify and Shop stores will be made aware of customer behaviors and contact information and action taken from there.

  • Items may only be worn for evaluation of fit within the home.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges must be requested by contacting Customer Support via chat or email at sales@classicfella.com. Once approved, please send to provided address via preferred carrier, we can send a lable but will deduct the shipping cost from refund once approved. Please specify reason for return or specific size or color exchange needed.

Processed refunds on returns may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution to post, if more than 14 days have passed please contact us.

We do not offer refunds for items that are unopened and not evaluated. For items that are marked as delivered by the carrier, we will first work with the carrier to determine prior to sending any reshipment. Any reshipment will be considered final sale or exchange only. No refunds will be made. 

All orders over $200 require shipment with signature required.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • We cannot accept returns on any underwear (briefs, boxer-briefs, boxers, trunks) that have been worn.

  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
